Student support

Scholarships make it possible for deserving students to attend VCU while helping to attract the brightest, most meritorious students to the university.

Minimum gift level to name a current, non-endowed fund: $25,000

Endowed scholarships are created with a minimum $50,000 gift. These endowed scholarships last in perpetuity.

Endowed faculty support

Endowed lectureships, professorships and chairs are used to support distinguished teachers and researchers in strategic areas of the university’s curriculum. The principal is invested and the interest is used each year for faculty support. These named, endowed funds last in perpetuity.
