Sip and Spin: An Immersive Art Experience
Alumni artists are coming home. Join the VCU Black Alumni Council for a Homecoming like no other as we highlight talented alumni musicians and DJs and showcase six top alumni artists through an immersive pop-up art gallery.
Enjoy a night of great vibes and connections hosted by 757 native Ernest Weaver (B.S.’23) and Shanique Yates (B.S.’15), returning home from Atlanta. Top alumni DJs JarvyJarv (B.S.'15) and Jaxnn (B.S.'21), coming from NYC and the DMV, will be spinning sets all evening. Then watch an unforgettable performance by R&B artist Saekyi (B.S.'21). Plus, experience the live, hands-on process of creating your own screenprinted tote bag to take with you, enter to win raffle prizes, make new connections and let the artistry unfold.
When: 6-10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21
Where: Studio Two Three, 109 W. 15th St., Richmond, VA 23224
